What you enter
The salary, country and language you choose are worked out in your browser. They are not sent to us, and we do not keep them.
The page address
To make results easy to share, the page address includes your salary, country and language, for example ?sar=2000&c=PK&lang=en. Anyone you send the link to will see those numbers, and the address can appear in your browser history.
Saved on your device
Your browser remembers your language and the latest exchange rates, so the page loads faster next time. This uses your browser's local storage, not cookies, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
Services the page uses
- Netlify hosts the website. Like any web host, it keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type.
- ExchangeRate-API supplies the daily exchange rates. Your browser requests the rates from it directly.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser downloads them from Google.
- WhatsApp and Facebook are only contacted if you tap a share button. Their own privacy policies apply from that point.
No analytics or advertising
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.
